Event and Communication Request

How To Complete This Request: 

Do you need to reserve a parish facility for an event? Do you have an event, announcement, or advertisement that needs to be communicated to the parish, public, or to a specific group of parishioners? If you answered yes to these questions, please follow the procedure below.

The requestor of the event, activity, or advertising needs to complete the following five (5) steps: 

  1. The Requestor of the event, announcement, or advertisement  completes one of the following three (3) choices; 
    • To reserve parish facilities for an event, wedding, or other similar activities, and announce your event: click here.
    • To request a parish announcement (not necessary if you choose the first choice): click here.
    • To request a paid advertisement: click here.
  2. The Pastor will approve the event, announcement, or advertisement; 
  3. Pastoral Assistant and Requestor/Point of Contact will coordinate logistics (space, time, date, supplies, tech, facility access, personnel); 
  4. Parish staff and Requestor/Point of Contact will finalize content; 
  5. Plan is implemented.
