Extraordinary Ministers
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are fully initiated Catholics, living in a state of grace, and current members of the parish who assist Father with the distribution of the Eucharist at Mass. Please contact the parish office for more information.
Lectors
Fully initiated Catholics,living in a state of grace, and current members of the parish who read the First and Second Readings and often Responsorial Psalm at Mass. Please contact the parish office for more information.
Ushers
Ushers are fully initiated Catholics and current members of the parish who help parishioners find open seats before Mass and coordinate the Collection during Mass. Either Father or one of the ushers will choose the Gift Bearers for the Offertory Procession. Please contact the parish office for more information.
Altar Servers
Altar Servers are boys or girls in grades 4 through 12 who assist the priest during Mass. Please contact the parish office for details.
Sacristans
Sacristans will have a knowledge of how to set up for a Mass, knowledge of the location and storage of things used in the Liturgy, and a sense of the Church’s tradition and how that works in the Sacred Liturgy.
Music
As a member of the music ministry, you prepare the music and sing or play an instrument. Each of our Masses has a dedicated team of musicians and singers with a distinct musical sound. From time to time other musicians join us with trumpets, clarinets and violins. If you would like to share your God-given musical or vocal talent with any of the ministry teams, we encourage you to contact the volunteer coordinator.
