Reserve Parish Facilities and If Needed Communicate an Event

All the submissions received by the close of business Monday will be reviewed Wednesday of that week.

How To Complete This Request: 

Do you need to reserve a parish facility for an event? Do you have an event that needs to be communicated to the parish, public, or to a specific group of parishioners? If you answered yes to these questions, please follow the procedure below.

The requestor of the event needs to complete the following five (5) steps: 

  1. The Requestor of the event completes the below information;
  2. The Pastor will approve the event; 
  3. Pastoral Assistant and Requestor/Point of Contact will coordinate logistics (space, time, date, supplies, tech, facility access, personnel); 
  4. Parish staff and Requestor/Point of Contact will finalize content; 
  5. Plan is implemented.
